Pros

Everything is very slow. Work life balance. Starting Salary. Life will be never be hectic in HCL.

Cons

Politics rampant. Company is losses. many benefits which you would expect else wise should not be expected. Raise is 1-2%. Total mess. Negative atmosphere.

We get opportunities to learn more if we are in metro cities. Good Training centre

Cons

Internal Politics,Other than metro cities ,we wont get much hands on higher end technologies. very less salary when compared to market standard.Hike less than 2%.No ITIL process followed.
