Congenial working environment, equal opportunities to all, patient HR systems and evolving review mechanisms makes it great company to work for. You will always be allowed to take job rotations which are important for your career path.

Cons

Due to large size and breadth of business, change management becomes slow and breed of altogether fresh ideas is slow, at times look like great Inertia. Too much information flow, if you go around fetching for some.
