Nice colleagues & could give more time to family as there is no work,no timelines,no pressure.

Cons

Not a very company to start your career with esp. MBA & Engg..Salary is very less as compared to industry standards.Top Bosses are Diploma holders or Just Degree Holders they dont know what work to take from MBA OR Engg..They will make you their personal assistants and ruin your future.
