Good for beginners to learn, hard work (with tight schedules, minimum income, wide hardware base and variety of Customers)

Cons

No proper care is taken during hiring, induction and post induction. Product knowledge is not transferred and focus is on Funds Collection ONLY. Backend support mechanism is TOTAL FAILURE here as there is no planning and forecasting. Field Data is never studied and looked into by management as tool to analyse. Appraisal are done based on Manager personal view about an individual and not PERFORMANCE. Every one from Engineer to Manager, Customer to Backend Team is frustrated always...
