Fair pay, benefits and paid time off.

Cons

Noticeable preference given to workers who are Indian. I would not say that the company is racist however they do prefer team members from their native country over those who are not. Indian workers will be given the job over anyone else unless there is no Indian worker available with that skill set.

Pay checks don't bounce (assuming they send you one)

Cons

HCL doesn't care about you as an employee. Nobody responds to emails, HR/Payroll/Upper Management If they make an error that take months to resolve it If you make the error it must be fixed immediately.
