HCL is truly an Indian Multinational with global footprint. It is one of the top Indian IT firms that has its presence in both traditional and new gen sectors.

Cons

HCL's systems and processes have an inherent latency that slows the speed of working internally. The policies around C&B are poor and not in any ways employee friendly.
