Pros

Good first job. Get exposure to useful technologies and professional work experience. Some of the managers/tech leads were very helpful. Originally, the benefits were fairly good. Now they're just generic.

Cons

Poor salary. The company seems very unorganized. Some of the managers seem to be seriously unqualified. Daily stand ups shouldn't last 45 minutes. I worked on 3 different projects, none of which had any business requirements set in writing.

If you do the work, go the extra step and show your abilities you will be given the roles that allow you to advance.

Cons

With the advancement and added work expectations comes very little salary additions if any over an extremely extended time frame.
