First of all the managers were always absent, and I never received relevant help regarding my position, they lacked leadership in every sense, HR in Latam was inefficient, never received the proper introduction to the company or the proper help at the time of resolving any issue related to project, this is one of those companies the loses visibility over the people mental health in every sense, they only cares about the money generated by the projects
