Great Company Job security just like Government Job unless you are an utter waste and just occupying some space in a cubicle

Cons

Hike should be atleast average,Supervisors should try to retain their exiting employees in their project as it takes minimum three months for a lateral to be productive in a project.Please help the aspiring employees to change the old age technologies so that they can grow in their career.
