Must be able to navigate with extremely fast learning pace. Little to no help, most of the time your expected to know how to do assignments/job or figure it out completely on your own, at your own risk. Higher ups can and do speak somewhat disrespectful to you from personal experience. Depending on what project you are placed on after training you may have calls late at night to join unpaid, along with your normal hours of work. Management will ask how you are feeling about the program but do little to nothing to change negative experiences for more than a week.
