Toxic environment full of managers which their scope is to please their own purposes with disregard and disrespect over the employees. Worst company I have seen in my life, they are reporting annual profits but behind the closed doors the salaries are either lowered or put on freeze. PR and HR are more dedicated to support indian culture rather than doing something actually necessary for the staff...
