You have lot of opportunity within this organziaiton. If you are ready to invest time, you can learn and improve your profile. If you are good in managing your time, I don't see any work-life balance issue.
Cons
Recognition and rewards missing in this organziation. More focus on short term goals and the success was not celeberated with the team. You need to negotiate and get good package while you join. Otherwise you can't survive here.
