Pros
Well, it depends who or how your manager is to you. My manager was a great friend and a good mentor. If it was not for him, I would not be writing a positive review, here. HCL is huge! As a design consultant you get to work with different teams and / or at different levels of project engagement. There is so much to learn, provided you are turned-on by the vast knowledge bank that is available through people and their experience.
Cons
No work from home policy. HR department is not that great. Compensation is way low to its competitors.
