Great learning project, but HCLTech is a nightmare

Pros
- The current team has very little to do with HCLTech during regular work tasks - Cool project at which I am able to learn a lot
Cons
Dealing with HCLTech throughout interviews, salary discussions, even asking for a team outing budget or the (promised) internet reimbursement is a nightmare. If you can avoid working for this company, by all means do so. During the initial interview and salary discussion the HR representative did not have her camera on, so I was having a serious discussion with a profile picture. I have only talked to my manager once in a whole year of working there since she always cancels these meetings last minute.
