Extremely poor management decisions
Pros
There is no good reason to work for HCL technologies unless you are getting a good salary which is satisfactory. There are no other pros other than salary if it's a good one.
Cons
This list is never-ending 1) Poor management and bossy culture. 2) Poor recruitments which sucks out the fun at work. 3) This company will deposit your phone before entering office as if we are working for national security. Even colleges are better than this. Imagine not being able to use your phone the whole day at work because you are forced to keep it in the locker. 4) Zero work life balance. They don't care about your life. They care only about deliverables no matter at what cost. 5) Bossy culture and extremely rude behavior and tone of speaking. No self respect for anyone and says whatever they feel like. Imagine being insulted in the worst tone of languages in a corporate culture where they consider themselves white collars but in reality will talk to you like a goon. 6) You do not even get offs on national holidays. They don't care about work life balance.
