I did not find any reason to work here.
Cons
leadership sucks, Never got any good training, Getting another opportunity with in the organization is luck. RMG/WPC group just sit and enjoy. Never help. You can get another project if you have contacts. The work place is very far from the city, Very few public transport available and company is not doing anything to improve the situation.
