      You can work as a contract employee for other companies

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, terrible salary, fewer holidays than regular companies. Took weeks to contact my manager sometimes

      Pros

      This job allows me to work at the Microsoft campus and help develop new Microsoft hardware.

      Cons

      The pay is unacceptably low and the HCL managers aren't sympathetic when it comes to negotiating a pay increase. I spend time developing new products while simultaneously being unable to afford them.
