Pros

Decent company, decent pay ,decent work life balance, ERS group which is into device, iOT, health care device managment, network , electronics and related business is one of the best groups

Cons

relatively slow org, retirement age of 55 makes leadership to slow down, they mostly seem to get into hanging up their boots mode.. but i guess this is recently revised and things are chaning for better.
