Pros
The benefits are actually not bad at all. Not like working for a Temp Agency with HCLTech you are an employee, who is outsourced to a client site for support.
Cons
The Managers for HCLTech will lie, throw you under the bus, and do anything to save their own skin first. Those that do their website are the worst in the industry. It's down or has more issue then it being up and functional.
