Good company to work with
Pros
A very good company in terms of getting job opportunities in most of the states in USA and providing exposure to variety of work and learning opportunities.
Cons
They are not a good pay master, mostly people that are managing the business are not able to differentiate between long term gains and short term gains and most of the time opt for short term gains. Most of them are found completely incapable in sensing the good for organization, who even puts the business of the company on stake if they have to chose between "giving a small increment (or filing the GC)" v/s "employee leaving the company", they would chose to lose the employee assuming they will provide replacement to the customer, but poor guys don't know that they can't provide replacement in all the cases and consequently they lose the business also. Such things are never propagated to the upper management.
