Nothing is worth counting a 'pro'

Cons

Inefficient, no hike, no synergy between higher management, all of them are frustrated and taking it out on junior. Don't ever think of joining HCL. No office culture, people are making double meaning jobs openly. Do not even care if female employees are uncomfortable.
