      The company provides lot of Training opportunities to learn new things

      Cons

      It is a service company. Though you are a superstar in the eyes of the client, it is not enough to get a promotion or a hike unless you prove yourself and help in getting new account or new revenue.

      Good work-life balance. The division I am workign on is good. But not sure about other divisions.

      Cons

      Sub-standard pay. Lack of travel options particularly from ODCs.
