      Good working environment People are very helpful Great company to work with Many internal chances to move to core department.

      Earn experience in a technical job.

      Cons

      Depends on the project you get assigned to. Some projects have good leadership. Others of course don't which is why I left. The support for HCL itself is limited. When you call for any tech issues they tend to either not answer or hang up on you.
