Pros
I had worked with cloud transformation project with had ton of micro services. There were solution architects but none of them having basic understanding of how to transform on prem projects into cloud. The project owns one of the biggest track and shipping company in the world. Nothing to mention as positive.
Cons
No prior planning. Always willing to push the work into lower level. Project Managers have no clue what was going inside the project.
