Cons
Hiring bulk and silently ask employees to give volunteer exit. They don't have projects. They don't hire for specific job roles. Upto 2 year people on bench. passout year student hired and without assigning project fired after 1 year. Only take interview and reject on any nonsense logics. Even salaries are pretty low after asking volunteer exit they didn't pay your decided variable pay. No other benifits.
