Pros

Not really a good environment

Cons

No wfh, favouritism, promotion only in terms of additional responsibility not for salary or designation Surprisingly CEO gets massive increase in salary while employees dont even get letters for more than 1 yr of timeline. They eat up yearly bonus even from prior year if you resign before closing of rating.

Pros

Nothing positive from my experience

Cons

1. The work environment felt highly political. Career growth often seemed influenced more by internal politics and relationships than by performance or technical skills. 2. I felt employees were not treated with empathy or respect, and HR appeared to prioritize company interests over employee well-being. 3. There was a lack of transparency in decision-making, and employee concerns were not addressed effectively. 4. Recognition and appreciation for hard work were limited, which affected motivation and morale. 5. The overall culture did not encourage open communication, and raising concerns often felt discouraged.

Pros

Good opportunity to work on enterprise networking technologies

Cons

I worked on the Verizon project at HCL Technologies for approximately 1.5 years. During my time on the project, the biggest concern was the management. Communication was poor, and employee feedback was often ignored. The project lacked job security, with employees being laid off on very short notice, which created uncertainty and negatively affected team morale. Some managers came from desktop support backgrounds and appeared to have limited experience managing networking projects, which sometimes impacted technical decisions and team guidance. The work culture also needed improvement. Instead of mentoring junior engineers, some senior team members would tease or discourage them, creating an unhealthy environment for learning and growth.
