      After Private Equity Acquisition, work culture has slowly deterioriated

      The people who are around prior to the acquisition have great knowledge and are fun to be around

      Cons

      Company does not practice inclusivity nearly enough. Private Equity gutted the end of the year bonus. Overseas contractors are being invited more and more

With our recent acquisition in 2021 and the hiring of our CHRO in 2022, we are currently working to review our Diversity and Inclusion statement as well as other initiatives to ensure we can continue to focus on our employee centric work culture as much as possible.
