No place is perfect, but HCSS is definitely the best company I've worked for.

People and perks are great! They hold events throughout the year to promote inclusion and still offer profit sharing. Great if you're trying to get your foot in the door and work with good epople.

Cons

Salary ranges could be better compared to industry comparisons.
