Wonderful team with diverse backgrounds. No matter what it is you’re doing chances are someone else here has done it before and they can guide you through it if you have questions. Mentorship program is great, I wish I had started my career here. I think it would’ve been easier to grasp the fundamentals given how structured the program is. Reasonable timelines and budgets! Rarely need to work OT and if you do they allow for OT pay (I think only for the first 3 years or so)
