Stable and steady workflow. Zero opportunities for growth. Very cliquey. Hiring is based on personality and who is the best smoozer. Company values are focused on maximizing worker outpoy but not on building careers or job satisfaction. Very 1950’s old boys club mentality. Stuffy.

Super old school attitudes, poor management, unqualified managers.
