Pros
Good benefits with a 401K match that you can't receive unless you work for the company for 3 years.
Cons
Hired for an hourly, more junior position but pressured into working more than 40 hrs to keep up with more demands. Senior management new in position and didn't have adequate knowledge to handle job. Inadequately trained staff were treated disrespectfully.
