I really enjoy the culture of the company and the office. There is good management and I feel like there is a good balance of work and personal life. Another Beni got for working for a company like HDR is the variety and size of projects that they work on.

Cons

I really don’t have any complaints working here but if I could change one thing it may be giving more paid time off.
