Pros

There are no pros to working here. It is a toxic high school popularity contest. Promotions are a joke. There are about 5 people who do 90% of the work as the remaining employees are friends of other employees or family members of clients.

Cons

The way this company has handled the Covid-19 pandemic is truly horrifying. The entire management staff is pressuring all employees to return to the office without any consideration of individual health status or concerns.

Pros

Fair share of authentic people

Cons

For a global company very disjointed practices and procedures. Every office does things differently. No organization or standardization. Poor training and new hires basically left to their own devices to figure out who to contact for assistance. Local management shows favouritism to staff leaving those not in the "in crowd" feeling helpless and bullied. Direct managers don't support those they manage. No transformation leaders welcome here. All about utilization and putting money in the pockets of C-suite executives at the expense of the moral of the lower level staff. Unrealistic workloads with no encouragement or recognition of progress made.

Pros

Some of the best talent in the industry works here and they are involved with some of the most amazing architectural and engineering projects in the world.

Cons

Executive leadership has very little understanding of human capital or employee engagement. Development opportunities are limited to only the 'chosen' ones. The organization is very hierarchical in structure and the CEO is a micro-manager who uses fear and intimidation for his leadership style.
