Pros

Good work life balance as well as benefits. Large project available to work on as well as availability to work on projects all over the country.

Cons

The usual corporate structure found in every big company and the bottom line is they are more concerned with making money than the employees.

Pros

There are a lot of great people who work here who will lend a hand when you need it, but this varies greatly team to team, department to department, office to office. Active young professionals group helps make friends. Flexible work schedule - come in late, leave for appointments, etc as needed.

Cons

Pay is pretty good for marketing positions, but it is normal to have late nights here and there, or some weekends. Creativity is very limited within the brand. Way too much red tape for any positive change. Limited work from home options, and depends on your boss.

Pros

The people at HDR are great, very talented and friendly. I enjoyed my time there.

Cons

The firm's time off policy is not particularly great, it goes up to 4 weeks off.
