Pros

This is one of the most reputable company in the industry. Consider this a plus for the opportunity to work on some cool projects, especially for new graduates starting out. The employee ownership model (stock options) also provides additional incentive to perform well.

Cons

Salary "adjustment" isn't as generous given there's no bonus. Holidays/PTOs is fairly limited.

- Very collaborative and skillset nurturing work setting. - Interesting projects in various market sectors - Meaningful tasks

Cons

- Work can start to be redundant, so it's up to you to feel motivated in what you do. Keep in mind if you're not a self-motivated individual. - Pro/Con: Lots of overtime and weekend work. Be prepared to work.

It's a good company with great people and I was sad to leave it.

Cons

SPECIFIC TO MY TEAM ONLY: Toxic culture, ideas were only allowed to flow from the top down, culture of keep your head down and knock out tasks. Very little room for growth, development or opportunity.
