      A lot of resources to draw from nationwide. Employee owned company inspires desire to make company successful. Competitive salaries offered.

      Cons

      Hard to advance in company. Corporate tends to dictate local office operations. Design team is not involved in early stages of a project.

      Pros

      Good company culture, hard workers, friendly atmosphere, many people willing to help you with your work, events/talks set up for young professionals/interns throughout the summer.

      Cons

      I was never given any real substantial design work; the majority of the work was drafting and inputting markups into computer models. It was often hard to feel as though I was really learning a lot by doing.
