- Extremely talented team with a lot of technical knowledge. - A vast range of projects you can work on keeping it interesting. - People genuinely want to help and will support when needed.

Cons

- It's a consultancy, so you are always looking for work and billable hours. - Work balance can shift from not having anywhere close to enough to being overwhelmed. - Little training or planned progression plans, you have to make your own.
