      Pros

      Wonderful atmosphere in the office, great ITG co-workers and boss I reported to. Good benefits at an affordable rate.

      Cons

      ITG as a whole has gone downhill over the years - about a year after the new CIO came in. While they proport changes as improvements, they are too many all at once and most are not improvements (at least not for the IT support staff, nor who they support).

      Good People and in general good projects to work on

      Cons

      Workloads can change rapidly unless you are on a really big, long term project. They seem to be quick to act when there is a slight downturn in the workload.
