      Pros

      Employee-owned company - can be very advantageous to invest in the ESOP. Able to work across various offices and business groups without too much hassle. Motivated staff have opportunities to advance in their career.

      Cons

      Lots of glass ceilings. Used to offer great leadership training, but limited opportunities to move up past middle management. Hired a lot of senior level staff from other companies that diluted the corporate culture.
