      Some Things are Great

      Pros

      The values the company advertises are great. There are some really great people to work with here so what group/dept you work with means a great deal.

      Cons

      The implementation of advertised values is lacking. There is little transparency and action when handling issues that may appear negative. For example, when completing company surveys, if your responses are perceived to be negative then you're told that your survey responses may not be included with the others. How helpful is that???

      Not a bad place to work, if you don't mind putting in long hours

      Pros

      Convenient location, nice office space, smart friendly people, lots of lunch meetings (this could be a good or a bad thing)

      Cons

      Long working hours (including occasional weekends). Work life balance was difficult to achieve. Air felt stale and made me feel slightly sick.

      Projects can be diverse, which allows you to pursue things you're interested. Total benefits package seems good.

      Cons

      Lack of innovation and forward thinking, poorly organized, no leadership, no career development structure, salary significantly lower than comparable positions at other consulting firms
