Pros
A lot of activities outside of the office are available and led by the young engineers in the office. company stock does very well annually.
Cons
Management all around in this office is awful. No oversight. No communication. No leadership. No senior engineers teaching the younger. EIT mentors the EITs. Poor to no training available. Most senior engs and managers don't have a PE. HR is non-existent and on the verge of retirement. Does not produce quality packages, struggling to hold on to some big clients. Pay/promotions is low unless you join the company mid-career. Management will retaliate if you voice any concerns. Work/Life balance doesn't exist, the managers will overload you with work and say "you can handle this, this isn't as much work as you may think." People are quitting and it's causing additional stress to us still working as we take on their projects.
