      Pros

      Large company, many smart people, employee owned, has many large projects. Has tuition reimbursement but not enough to cover tuition for today's tuition rate due to inflation and outdated policy

      Cons

      Upper management are out of touch with production staff. Long hours, and weekends work are expected. Raises are minimal even after putting in long hours and giving up weekends for over a year.

      Pros

      There are few Good men in architecture division and in some areas in the east. But most of the management in the headquarters are always behind saving themselves from getting sued and giving wrong services to clients. Also they don't want to give required service but just want money from client.

      Cons

      Management fires you for wrong reasons if they feel they want to lay you off. The company does not understand any situation. Management does not care about employees.

      Competitive, lots of work won, stay busy, great management, employees have option to buy stock, great benefits, great work environment, nice work life balance, plenty of room to advance/transfer/change jobs (etc.)

      Do not keep employees abreast on status of acquisitions
