-Excellent mentorship with world-class professionals to learn from. -Range of projects such as Healthcare and Science/Technology allows for exciting work. -The corporate machine is well-oiled, so materials, design programs, and experts are plentiful and easily accessible. -BiWeekly staff meetings gave necessary updates and allowed the time to ask questions. -Pushes the use of new technology which allows young users the opportunity to work with great design programs such as Grasshopper and Dynamo. -No project is done alone: Collaboration is important and you always have plenty of help. -The company works with previous successful interns, and makes an effort to hire them full-time if all situations are just right. -Expectations kept me on my toes.
