Pros

Working atmosphere is really good. Office culture is sharing and not very competitive for a junior position. Amazing work life balance as an architect.

Cons

Projects are not very exciting. Conventional in terms of approach and personal growth.

Greatest Place I've Ever Worked At

Pros

I have worked here for about a year and I have no compliants. This is the best company I have ever worked for. The benefits are great with affordable health care packages both traditional or high deductible. Standard PTO time although I wish they broke it out between vacation and sick leave. This place really values and cares about their employees. Upper management seems really in tune with the work and issues of their teams. Sometimes off hours are required, but they provide a great work life balance and flexible scheduling.

Cons

None that I can think of at this time.

Pros

Great downtown location, benefits are on par with industry standard with cost sharing medical benefits, employee ownership options within 401K, lots of programs for employees to participate in (Young Professionals, Mentorship Program, etc.), large company with ability to transfer if supervisor approves

Cons

Office culture is cutthroat, poor communication from management, high cost for parking, no room for advancement due to existing office politics, management lacks ability to be forthright and honest, peers are looking to undercut each other for advancement, will not easily or quickly accommodate needs of employees regarding disabilities/medical needs (such as standing desks, chairs, etc.).
