      WORST EPC Firm I've experienced

      Pros

      They are very loose on their times and you can get away with alot. Benefits are good but small return with their ESOP.

      Cons

      Structure of the company. Management is not qualified to run EPC work and it shows with their completion of work, understanding of scope and process. If i was to write a book of how to not run a EPC company, I would hire HDR to be my main consulting for the novel.

      Pros

      The complete benefits package is in-line or better than most in the industry. They have a fairly decentralized organization structure so a fare amount of the decisions are made on a state level.

      Cons

      As a non-engineer working for an engineering firm there are a fair number of frustrations. Many engineers are egotistical and self-absorbed which leads to thoughtlessness and arrogance when dealing with non-engineering staff (even when they are technical experts in their own fields).
