      Exelent work life balence, all the flexabiltiy with your personal life you could ask for. Pretty good compensation package. Great TSO program.

      Pay is about 70-80% of competitor pay.

      Pros

      Worked with smart, hard working people on interesting projects. There was room to advance within the company and a variety of work available.

      Cons

      At times there was hording of work for a given office. The office I was in was a group of specialists and we were brought in to work on projects from other offices. When work got at all tight, the other offices reserved all their work for their own employees, leaving us out in the cold.
