Pros

Very friendly people (with some exceptions of course) Overall good environment, with nice office space. not bad compensation (i guess depending on region). Interesting projects to work on. Teamwork is present at some level Growth Opportunities Travel Opportunities for trainings and etc Higher up managers are busy with projects -which is a good thing.. and they don't really invest in people (see below)

Cons

Too much "middle man" micromanagement People are constantly leaving and new ppl are coming. Lots of overtime. Lots of weekends working full day. I mean staff is overworked. With that, people are thrown to projects without proper explanations, trainings, and they end up being frustrated and overworked. Its just a broken system. At least in marketing.

Pros

Convenient location, nice office space, smart friendly people, lots of lunch meetings (this could be a good or a bad thing)

Cons

Long working hours (including occasional weekends). Work life balance was difficult to achieve. Air felt stale and made me feel slightly sick.
