Pros
Good work environment, employee owned company with values and direction. Benefit package is good and work-home balance is emphasized. Solid company.
Cons
Upper management seems to feel like they are the most important piece of the company puzzle and take full advantage. Upward movement in the company is largely based on ones ability to have the gift of gab rather than based more on merit and past performance. Job satisfaction at the grass roots level is often lacking as senior management seems more focused on the company organizational structure/hierarchy rather than being productive employees.
