      Pros

      Carefully managed. Fairly relaxed atmosphere, absence of backbiting and gamesmanship. Some very knowledgeable, experienced people. Turnover seems quite low; employees tend to stay with the firm. The ESOP has produced excellent returns for employees investors, but that era may be coming to an end as acquisitions slow and the firm enters a consolidation mode.

      Cons

      Low emphasis on career development. Low turnover also means lack of opportunity for advancement. There has been a growth of bureaucracy.

      Pros

      Very type A company. Provides many services and stands behind their work. Well known in the industry. Good reputation.

      Cons

      Small matching contributions to 401K. 5 years to be vested. Lack of resources to maintain and keep new systems updated. Does not have the best parking arrangements for employees.

      I loved people that I worked with, and the office seemed to be pretty active with various programs for employees.

      Cons

      Creative design opportunity seemed to lack a bit for most projects.
