      - Extremely talented individuals and offices across the country - Ability to chart your own career path - Opportunity to be posted around the country on rewarding projects - Very impressive return on company stocks - Matching 401k or Roth for 4% - New computer every 3 years - Tuition / seminar reimbursement - Flextime

      - Salary was not competitive (granted I worked in a new, emerging, field) - Overtime was at a straight time rate - No management support for sustainability

      Cons

      Some Project Managers are narrow in their vision of what can be successful design options to test with a client. The opportunities are shut down internally before the ideas reach the client.
